Seven lines are 100% Spanish onion, cooked in its own juices inside the pouch and nothing else. The rest add sugar, oil or vinegar, doing the slow pan work so your kitchen doesn’t have to. Every ingredient list is below, and all of it keeps at room temperature for over 18 months. Open, spoon, serve. The prep’s already done.

Pre-fried frozen onion is the only chilled-chain line in the range. Everything else stores ambient. Standard pack is a 10 kg long-life retort bag, with batch and best-before printed on every label.
The standard pack is a 10 kg long-life retort bag: snip the corner, pour, and the juices go in with it. Larger aseptic formats and custom recipes are made to specification.
