Cooked Onions is a trading brand of that company. Where these terms say we, us or our, they mean Snac Fresh 108 Ltd. You can reach us at info@cookedonions.food.

Accepting these terms

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time, and the version published here is the one that applies. The revision date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.

What this website is for

This site describes a range of ready-to-use onion products and lets professional buyers ask us about them. It is an invitation to enquire, not an offer to sell. Nothing on this site creates a contract, and no contract exists between us until we have agreed terms with you in writing.

The site is intended for businesses: kitchens, catering operations, food manufacturers and wholesalers. It is not aimed at consumers buying for their own household use.

Product information

We describe the range as accurately as we can, including yields, shelf life, formats and certifications. Those descriptions are given in good faith for general guidance. They are not a specification, and they may change as the range changes.

• Product photography and film are illustrative. Colour, cut and pack appearance vary between lines and between batches.
• Figures such as yield, shelf life and time saved describe what the product is designed to deliver under normal commercial handling. Your own results depend on your recipes, storage and process.
• Current specification sheets, allergen statements and certification documents are available on request, and those documents take precedence over anything written on this website.

Samples

Samples are provided for professional assessment by the business that requests them. We send them once we have agreed what to send, to addresses in the United Kingdom and Ireland. Quantity, format, availability and any charge are confirmed with you case by case. We may decline a request, and we may limit how many samples one business receives.

Using the enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, you agree that:

• the details you give us are accurate, and you are entitled to give them;
• you are contacting us for a genuine business purpose, and not to advertise to us or to harvest our contact details;
• if you include another person’s details, you have a proper basis for sharing them with us.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site in any way that breaks the law, or that could damage, disable or impair it;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server, or any system connected to it;
• extract content systematically for reuse, or apply automated collection to the site in a way that places an unreasonable load on it;
• submit anything knowingly false, abusive, or containing malicious code.

Our content

The content of this site, including its text, photography, film, illustration, page design and the Cooked Onions name and marks, belongs to us or is used by us under licence. You may view it, and print or download extracts for the legitimate purpose of assessing us as a supplier. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.

Availability

We do not promise that the site will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw all or part of it without notice, including the products it describes.

Where we link to another website, including Snac Fresh, we do so for information. We are not responsible for the content of sites we do not control, and a link is not an endorsement of everything on them.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, this website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude the implied warranties and conditions that would otherwise apply to it, and we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of anticipated savings arising from your use of the site or from reliance on its content. This does not affect any separate written agreement between us for the supply of product, which sets out its own terms.

Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
